How will we ever know unless he fights more good fighters. I'm actually a fan of his and i think a win over Porter is a good win, i don't think anybody will have an easy time with Porter but he got the job done. He showed he can mix it at real world level, but doing it again and again is another thing.

I can't be too harsh though. Jo Jo Dan was his mandatory, and then he tried to get Khan in the ring in the summer but can't ducked it so he ended up fighting Gavin. This was after a career threatening injury too, but now it's time to step it up for real.

this guy is worse than khan in every way

khan has actually tried to prove his delusions by fighting just about everyone (and losing sometimes)

this guy is a year older than khan and his career has been a glorified promise

And I am starting to believe it. If Maidana doesn't return to WW, Brook is #1 and will become kingpin.

coward khan has literally 10 times (i counted) as many fights against noteworthy opponents as brook, and is a year younger

            Who is the coward?

Some of you just reward not losing. Doesn't matter who you fight, just don't lose. That's Brook's recipe for greatness.

I have more respect for a guy like Khan who gets KTFO but keeps adding names to his resume.

Tricky though isn't it? Risk vs reward. Nobody will fight him unless they get a big pay day because the chance of getting KO's is high. Kell's not established enough yet internationally for the size fights we want to see him in, the money's not there for Bradley or Thurman, especially in the UK.

Khan would be huge and firmly establish Brook on a more international stage, but Khan won't go near it because he knows that's probably his final fight at elite level. What else is there right now? I'd love to see Brook vs Manny/ Rios/ Khan/ JMM because I feel he'd look great against any of those guys. Bradley or Thurman are much harder fights but I still see Brook winning.

We won't know though until we see him tested against better opposition.

If Brook was fighting Thurman, Khan, or Bradley next, he would get some love, but Chaves is not getting it done. He's already loss to Thurman and Rios, so what does beating him do? Nothing! My advice to Brook: Scrap the Chaves fight and go get Marcos Maidana!

Chaves would beat Khan....He was beating Rios and was life and death with Thurman in a great fight.... Maidana is 200 pounds and unmotivated ....I know which is a better win a month or two from now (p.s it's not the one who has to lose 53 pounds)

I actually think Bradley and Thurman are easy wins(though Thurman's power is always a risk) compared to Manny/ Chaves due to the styles....Brook likes a slow pace and to keep his distance ...Both Chaves and Manny come in with power combinations....Both great fights
