Fact is, people of different sides argue wether what Chico did was cheating OR a smart thing to do.

No one argues however that Castillo CHEATED to get himself an advantage towards a fighta that trained his ass off in the gym to lose weight.

    Bottom line!

Bottom line, if chico was worried the wt. issue put him at such a disadvantage, he didnt have to get in the ring.

nope. Chico was a warrior fo tryin to fight Castillo despite the disadvantage.

and like I said, people on different sides are gonna debate wether what Chico did was cheating, or a smart move. No one knew wether the ref would stop the fight at that point after 2 KDs. Chico dint know. But hell, he fought on and TKOed Castillo.

No one argues wether Castillo comin in as a welterweight and had his doctor tip the scale isn't cheating. Castillo = Cheater on everybody's eyes.

Lol, like you said, this is all such old news anyway..I just dont see how fans can insist one cheated and the other didnt. Him getting away with the mouthpiece trick, and the result of it was the biggest farce I've seen in boxing.
He did lose a point for the mouthpiece, he was not hurt badly by those knockdowns, he would've beaten the 10 call. The ref did his job & took a point away from Chico, but Castillo couldn't finish Chico after the 2 knockdowns, lol he got knocked out a minute later. Best turnaround I've ever witnessed.

not everybodys eyes, and you like everyone else, do not know he had his dr. do anything...you can just make accusations. As for being a warrior, if he was one, he would have kept his mouthpiece in and gotten up and fought like one.

if knocking out Castillo OUT COLD on the ropes isn't warrior attribute, I really don't know what is.

                and which is more preferable?

Corrales gettin KD 2 times, got up and destroyed Castillo on the ropes shuttin his system down

                OR

Corrales fightin Castillo despite a weight disadvantage in favor of Castillo. AND, the boxing world knows, Castillo cheated the scales.

take yo pick. and lemme remind you, Corrales was gettin hit wit the same vicious shots in the 1st fight but still made it 10 rounds. Hmmm, think bout it.

Just watch his eyes, he was hurt, but not badly. This will be settled in June.

hurt fightas usually try to survive the round they got dropped on. They don't go tryin to destroy the guy that dropped em. Corrales did and mad respect goes fo that.

Laczcano, Casamayor, Diaz, and Corrales. In a little over a course of a year.

Name one other fighter to take that kind of schedule in with such little rest.
