Why is JLC rated so high for cheating?

How is corrales fighting within the rule called cheating... There is nothing on the rulebook that you get immediate dq if you pull the mouthpiece. its like the first technical foul in basketball.

however, coming in the fight without any intention of making the weight is flat out cheap. if it wasnt intentional, castillo wouldnt have gained 2 lbs more during the 2nd try.

Name one other fighter to take that kind of schedule in with such little rest.

I'll name one, thats avois, Deigo Corrales. He had to fight Casamayor twice (who schooled Castillo), Castillo twice (who cheated), Acelino Freitas, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Angel Manfredy, and Derrick Gainer since 2000.
Corrales has only been boxing for ten years compared to Castillos 16.

I'll answer with your same logic

castillo is in the rules, there is no rules on weights except you don't fight for a 135 title if you don't weigh less than 135

however corrales, spitting out the mouthpiece is flat out cheap, if it was not intentional he would not have thrown it on the floor (or he would not have done it twice, or if he did not learn it from freitas he would have done that against mayweather, or any other bull**** comparable to your line of thought

IF you want to say JLC cheated, you must also say that Corrales cheated. Both of them were penalized. JLC was penalized $125,000. Corrales was penalized a point. If Corrales would not have spit out his mouthpiece at that point in the fight (which gave him like half a minute) the fight would have ended in a TKO or KO in favor of Castillo. The second fight did not give any indication that Corrales was a better fighter regardless of the weight issue.

I love watching Corrales fight, and I love watching Castillo fight, but IMO Castillo is the superior fighter.
