Golovkin needs to be reasonable and sack up for once.

For ONCE??? He stood on the side when Sturm dug a hole and paid not to fight him. He stood on the side when Martinez tucked tail and he stood on the side when Cotto turned yellow and decided to fight Canelo. How many times does he have to 'be reasonable'?

If the winner vacates, he is nothing but a piece of shyt coward and I would gladly tell him to his face given the opportunity. He does not deserve to be called champion.

HE should just hand it to Golovkin after the fight. He will be in the first few rows. Then again, if Golovkin stepped into the ring, the winner would slip on his own feces trying to get out of the ring.

They used money as an excuse to " over-look " both Ward and Lara.

Now Team Golovkin want to walk away from the best possible payday on the planet because they dont want to give the little guy a catchweight..... despite stating yesterday that Golovkin can make 154.

Now we can see why Golovkins resume' is so underwhelming.

It appears that he doesn't want to fight anybody with world-class skills.

I love you are trying to twist Canelo vacating a belt to duck his mandatory, who he knew was his mandatory into being a mark against GGG.

Canelo is170 rehydrated, just like GGG. He is 5'9.

Why should he be allowed to drag GGG down in weight for 3 of 4 MW belts?

I feel bad for Canelo if he beats Cotto, he will be forced to fight Golovkin basically his first MW fighter as his first title defense. Beating someone as physically small as Cotto will prepare you for someone as big and tall as GGG. GGG's team should let Canelo get another defense in before fighting them against a weaker MW like Andy Lee or Bill JS. Because in all seriousness, forget that "it's that he has a MW title", would GGG vs Canelo at full 160 really be a hard fight to call? At the very least if he beats Andy Lee or Saunders in between we could say ok he beat an actual true MW now, he is ready. Out of good faith, team GGG should allow Canelo to fight someone in between. Everyone knows Canelo would fight GGG. Canelo wants it, DLH and Hopkins wants it, WBC wants it, but let's first be fair to the guy and him actually beat a legit MW. At least Cotto beat Martinez and Geale:

Yeah but you say that m8....but canelo is choosing to be a middleweight so really that's his choice...he is 1lb above jnr middleweight so he could lose that extra pound and have the option of competing in a division where golovkin is not....in boxing you have to face your mandatory it's the way it is...they have chopped and changed with golovkin all year and cotto and canelo were gonna fight a few months back but they couldn't agree on terms and then went separate ways at the expense of making golovkin even longer for his shot....cotto choose soft option geale and canelo with Kirkland ...it's starting become a trend where they think they can just avoid and take the easy option.....we didn't have this behaviour in the 80's ...I was looking at Leonard's reign from November 1979 to February1982 in 2 years and 3 months leonard boxed 8 times...2 against roberto duran,hearns,Benitez,kalule,finch,green and bonds ...there was no ducking then it was man up and fight the best....I would much rather see a fighter face the best and lose gallantly than see a boxer who is milking the system and pretending to be the man when he is not....I think the WBC are correct in forcing the issue

No they won't be considered that at all Doug fisher has already said that the ring will update the rankings if they both avoid triple ggg.....you can't be in a division and blatantly avoid a challenge and expect to remain above the guy you dodged....what kind of world do you live in lol

Why should he? He holds belts at 160 like they do. I don't think cw should be allowed for a championship fight. They're ordered to face him. So they should come up or vacate.

1) because it would make for a fairer fight

2) because it would be better for the sport of boxing

3) because Golovkin used money as an excuse to duck Ward and Lara, so why would they walk away from the biggest possible payday on the planet IF money is so important to them?

4) IF they refuse to give Cotto a catchweight therefore burning Golovkins biggest payday, the Ward/Lara excuses will become a total joke
