Bika went on to win titles and was a world class ranked guy for a decade.. It's a very solid win, and most fighters best win on 95% of guys resumes..

        Gold medalist
        Super six winner
Wins over froch, abraham, Kessler, dawson, bika,
Widely regarded as the best fighter of his era not named floyd

Career issues has hindered him from becoming a huge superstar like floyd, manny, hopkins but Ward is clearly a hall of famer, and not even debatable
It's totally debatable. He's lucky Froch put in all that work and will likely end up in the HOF, else Ward would have zero HOF scalps. As is, has 2 notable wins in Froch and Kessler who were not p4p or anything. The rest is GGG caliber comp

Andre Ward is a shoe in for the Hall of Fame but he is just not quite an all time great at this time. He needs more bouts, more notable names on his resume and take more risks in order to be considered one the greatest to have ever graced a professional boxing ring.
