After I saw this masterful performance I see why Cotto and Canelo are hiding at catch weights and Ward is hiding at the 172 catch weight also..

After seeing Lemieux in action, I can see why Team Golovkin had no problem fighting him but dont want anything to do with Andre Ward.

He dropped Lemieux, something Floyd wasn't able to do to a one armed, injured fighter even while he was juiced to the gills......now that IS terrible.

still hats off respect to Lemieux, he could have used that IBF strap for some easy wins over mando's, which for IBF, their next highest ranked MW is Eamonn O'Kane (14-1-1)! yet he went straight in with ggg and lost it immediately (gaining a lot of respect hopefully along the way)

Lemieux did look terribly amateurish yesterday. Wasn't impressed with him at all.

Props to Lemieux. Most thought he would sit on his title for a couple of fights like most others do. But he stepped up and faced the best fighter in the division.

He's just not on the same level as Golovkin, but most aren't. Hopefully he comes good again, as i think he beats or is very competitive with all the other MW out there.

yes clinch..only when lemule was brave enought o come in..if lemule had more trust in his skills..ggg would have clinched more to keep the fight dominated by his jab instead an inside game..
david was frustrated by GGG either breaking the distance or clinching him..not to mention he was wery of getting tagged as he came in

GGG claimed he wanted the Ward fight at 168 some years ago when Ward wasn't able to fight . Now that Wards ready , GGG claims it has to be at 164 or nothing . What a wily old trickster .
