168 used to be fair game for GGG until boogieman Ward crawled out of his hole.
He used to look at 168, but Ward scared him off.

But if u wanna claim Ward is 2 weight divisions above GGG then that works advantageously to GGG's favor , not Wards, as weight draining yourself 2 divisions for a fight is career suicide .

The warzone used to include 168.
Now 168 is a demilitarized zone.

Who would he fight at 168 right now anyway? Ward isn't interested in fighting him until mid 2016.

Super Six was 2011, nobody remembers that. GGG is trying to be our era's Bernard Hopkins, and there's nothing wrong with that, he wants to make history books. Some say he's waiting to fight "smaller" middleweights, well what were the most notable wins for B-Hop? two "small" middleweights in Tito and Oscar.
GGG is the full package, he can shut out the opponent without putting you to sleep. He is blessed with tremendous power and knows how to pace himself. Mayweather is very skilled and it's not his fault he can't punch hard but GGG give's you money's worth. I actually think Floyd-GGG at 154 is a very close fight, can Floyd be elusive for 12 rounds against that power? can GGG stay focused even when he's punching air and getting tagged with pot shots? can he even carry his power with him down in weight? I would love to see it.
GGG-Mayweather is mega fight.
GGG-Ward is not mega fight.
Ward must get his body used to 175 and then take on Kovalev. If Ward beats him then just like that he becomes P4P number one because Kovalev is more dangerous than GGG's whole resume. Then after that he can meet GGG in a super fight.

You know Ward isn't saving Cotto right.
Just so you know.

I have Dawson on record saying that he refused to consider a catchweight because they wanted Wards belt.
