But Ward fanboys trip me up. GGG hiding at 160 forever? Isnt that what Ward has been doing until he got too fat out of inactivity and fought the great Paul Smith?
Making ridiculous demands? Ok Mr Oakland, 10 people show up
Wanting Ward to come down in weight? Ward did it to Dawson
Wanting to fight "smaller fighters" (who are in his division)? Ward wants to fight GGG, 1-2 divisions below!
So, if you hate GGG, you have to hate Ward. And vice versa.
Or you can pick your guy and be a hypocriteLast edited by SugarRaRobinson; 10-18-2015, 12:56 PM.

Can't blame him, he seems to make 160 comfortably, if he was to fight at 168 now he would be fighting at his training weight whilst others are boiling down so hes got no reason to rush towards 168 right now, might as well be undisputed champ at 160 if Cotto/Canelo fight him.

GGG doesn't need to rush a fight with Ward. What's the urgency for, it is not a huge event yet, Ward must build his reputation again. Super Six was 2011, nobody remembers that. GGG is trying to be our era's Bernard Hopkins, and there's nothing wrong with that, he wants to make history books. Some say he's waiting to fight "smaller" middleweights, well what were the most notable wins for B-Hop? two "small" middleweights in Tito and Oscar.
GGG is the full package, he can shut out the opponent without putting you to sleep. He is blessed with tremendous power and knows how to pace himself. Mayweather is very skilled and it's not his fault he can't punch hard but GGG give's you money's worth. I actually think Floyd-GGG at 154 is a very close fight, can Floyd be elusive for 12 rounds against that power? can GGG stay focused even when he's punching air and getting tagged with pot shots? can he even carry his power with him down in weight? I would love to see it.
GGG-Mayweather is mega fight.
GGG-Ward is not mega fight.
Ward must get his body used to 175 and then take on Kovalev. If Ward beats him then just like that he becomes P4P number one because Kovalev is more dangerous than GGG's whole resume. Then after that he can meet GGG in a super fight.

You all Know damn well GGG once tried to make fight with Ward
Ward had legal issues, so they moved on. That's it.
If it's a big fight, it'll happen.

Establish a legacy at your own weight before being undersized at 168

Fight Ward then go for unification.
Hypocrites.

Different weight classes you feel me.
Never did they say publically or offer Ward a Catchweight.
They once tried to get Ward to fight, Ward said no.
They moved on.
So should you.

GGG/Mayweather would very much be a megafight. (One I don't want, Floyd has no chance, too small) Have you been paying attention. Find a major sports site not talking about boxing a next superstar.
Then you claim the GGG/Ward fight is big with Boxing fans.
Wow!
You know what's gonna be big.
GGG/Canelo
It's mandated to be next.
B-hop and De La Hoya both have said it has to happen.
I am begining to think no way they vacate.
And WBC said this, making sure they know they will strip.
