He's still beat zero Top 10 WW's. His ranking at 147 is unwarranted.

And if you're using rankings to support your argument then Ortiz and Guererro was #2 at WW when Floyd fought them.

Anyway Khan might have been in Floyd's top 15 wins but he definitely wouldn't be Top 10.
