I totally agree, especially in examples such as Hopkins v Murat, when it was clear that Smoger favoured Hopkins. He should have gotten a fine at the very least, it's the only way boxing will be rid of bias or blatant disregard of the rules.
I haven't watched that fight, but I will check it out. When rules are not enforced, the rule breakers get rewarded and as a boxing fan, I protest that all day long.
