Is this the fight game or an armistice? Oh I see, it's too complicated for you to fathom a social worker compartmentalizing his love of pugilism, and having that be separate and distinct from the rest of his life? Oh okay, carry on....

P.s. Manny still lost on May 2nd.

So you agree that if you can get away with something, just go ahead and do it. I don't think that has to do with social work compartmentalizing. I think it has to do with knowing between right and wrong. Getting away with something is cheating. If you don't think cheating is wrong, then I think you might to look at your own morals. A boxer or boxing fan does not require being a cheat.

Dude, give me a frickin' break okay, no I am not going to treat a blood sport like it's a moral conundrum, this has nothing to with my personal morals. So no I don't walk passed people in need on the street. Fighters have been fighting rough and dirty since the sports inception and to behave differently is to act like one is "brand new." I don't judge it as right or wrong but as part of the sport. Do I like it when it happens to a fighter I like? Nope, but understand it comes with the territory. Would it be great if it didn't happen at all? Of course, but it does and to merely lament that fact is as ineffectual as attaching a moral judgement to it.

                Pft....

It comes with the territory but when you say if a fighter gets a way with it, oh well, it sounded like condoning. If a fighter I am a fan of cheats, I don't like that either. I don't believe in a perfect world but I do believe a referee should call out a cheater and the fans should as well. And don't get me wrong. I have seen plenty of fights where there was virtually no cheating. So, I know there are many clean fighters. I think that should be encouraged.

I have read that he claimed Holyfield was head butting him and the referee did nothing about it. In that case, I would say just tell the referee he will quit if Holyfield does not stop head butting and then do it. Of course, Tyson has always been unpredictable and well, he wasn't going to go through the first fight all over again. I can believe it. Holyfield rushed in with his head a lot.
