I also remember them saying SHO will make HBO irrelevant; Haymon/Schaefer/Floyd will take over boxing, then post a long list of boxers signing up with Haymon; Floyd will hire Schaefer; TMT would make TR and GBP irrelevant...

    What happened?

I dont know i love that gbp is willing to make these fights dont get me wrong but its not like even his top fighters have not gotten in the ring with guys they are ridiculously favored against. Not only that I think when haymon does what u guys want thats still not enough for u cause in the end you dont want the big fights u just want him to fail

The number of matches we've seen this year have been astounding. I'm still trying to make sense of it all. It's been a great year for boxing.

This Is Why Oscar & Co Are Great for Boxing's Future! Old School!

GGG, Canelo, Sergio Martinez, Holyfield, Tyson, Pacquiao, Oscar, Mosley, Bhop of more recent time, they fought everyone in their prime, multiple times if need be. They weren't afraid to lose, they wanted to fight the best to see who the best really was. That's credible.

And to think, nearly all of the fights you mentioned happened in one year. What a start. Can't wait for 2016

Thats when the Turds were all anti-GBP right? How quick that changed when Bob bent Oscar over

Only in boxing do the fans and networks turn their backs on a fighter after a few losses. In UFC a fighter can have 6 losses and still sell out an arena. Why? because little stock is put into losses there. Even the best MMA artists can lose on any given night. But they bounce back and get right back into the octagon against tough competition.
agreed. Theres upside to losing to top fighters.
