How did beterbiev duck him? Dude fighting for his mando position while also getting more fights under his belt, and even if they agreed to fight who was paying for event? HBO budget cuts make it hard for a guy like Kov to fight 3 times a year now that he is making good money. Cotto and Canelo didn't fight late last year for the same reasons.

Kov may need to look into new management.
