Matthysse was a different fighter before his fight against Swift, Swift took a lot out of him, Molina hurt him, Provo punished him and now this fight he was out boxed and ultimately punished as well, Postol beat a fighter past his prime and all of a sudden he gets a ton of credit?? Danny beat a prime Matthysse 2 years ago when Matthysse was a legitimate threat to anybody in that 140-147 range, when Matthysse was making people stand up from their seats in awe, eyes wide open and speechless

these writers/journalists need to stop using the "not ruling out" phrase when talking about a potential fight, its annoying as hell and overused

Freddie's going to turn heel at the first press conference and take a sledgehammer to Pac's calf.

Not sure which way Arum will go now.

According to Arum, Mannys options were.....
              Marquez
              Khan
              Brook
              Crawford
              Matthyse

They wanted Matthyse. Nice job Postol for fcuking up their plans.

Marquez was never going to happen, and neither were the two brits imo.

because Arum doesnt have many options since arum keeps it in house.
i think manny fights a top rank fighter for his next fight

I don't think this will happen.

It will be another Algeri situation.

                  And likely poor numbers.

It's got to be Amir Khan now.

I guess all of you guys who said on Friday that Matthyse would be a great opponent for Pac were..... whats that word again?..... oh right..... wrong !

Seriously, how could Matthyse have been a better opponent than Marquez, Khan, Brook, Crawford?

That may have seemed silly last Friday, but it seems real dumb right now.

Yeah but team Pac is probably ruling out a Postol clash.

Or at the very least, team Pac could think of half a dozen more preferable names.
