Again, ******ed, theyll go up for a ppv fight vs an A sider, like Froch. It's also a challenge, bigger than any Ward has taken, to go up and face a p4per, then #1 active guy in that division, on his home turf in the UK. Hell Ward can't even make 168, yet a guy like Yunieski is too much risk for him as first fight at full 175

You know that Ward offer is a joke, right? Who the fcuk signs contracts 1 year ahead? Triple so if your guy is way more marketable, selling out Msg, has Canelo lined up, and other guy wants to lock him into 50/50 lol

If GGG can go up for Ward, then down for Canelo, why can't Ward go up for Kov and drop back down for GGG? Just more limited?

Face it, you're not a boxing fan. You'd rather Ward keep fighting bums at catchweights and wait for MW hypejob to come up, then see him fight Kov in a competitive fight, maybe the best in boxing.

The way Roach is speaking has me believing he will train Golovkin in the future. Cotto's career is in its final stages and GGG would see it finished.

But there is no need for GGG to Change Trainers. Obviously Sanchez does his Job verry well with him.

Ring Magazine has Cotto at the top of the division because he won the RING title belt when he defeated Martinez. That is the only reason.

Ward brings nothing at all to the table in either fight. Beating a fighter who has been basically inactive for the past 4 years is not much of a highlight to a career.

I have no problem with Ward fighting Golovkin, he wants the fight? Wait until GGG has unified the division and then drop down to 160 to challenge for all the titles.

Want to fight Kovalev? Then it is time to move up to 175.

Why should two of the most active champions in recent years in ANY division be the ones to make concessions to Andre Ward, a boxer who's greatest contributions to the sport over the past 4 years have been at the HBO commentary table?

Why should Golovkin be the one to change divisions? Why not Ward? He is the one who needs the fight to give his career a boost, not Golovkin who is headlining a PPV event.
