I'm going to post Ring Magazines top 10 middleweights.
Champ: Cotto (ducked GGG)
1. little g
2. Lee (GGG signed to fight, then his dad died)
3. Quillin (ducked GGG)
4. Lemieux (GGG signed to fight)
5. Saunders (said he is ducking GGG)
6. Jacobs (meh)
7. N'Dam (ducked GGG)
8. Geale (beat by GGG)
9. Eubank Jr (meh)
10. Soro (meh)
Now, out of the 10 other individuals named above, which has little g fought? Only #8... The guy who's lost 3 of his last 5 since 2013.
But, but... He also beat Murray. Big deal. Murray is nothing more than a MW gatekeeper.
Dumb**** alt, Floyd was sitting on SWW belts for 3+ years straight, including lineal. He still hasn't dropped them lol.
Lemieux will be his 7th Ring top 10 opponent in just over 3 years. Some moved up, some dropped out after getting pummeled by the man.
I don't care what belts Floyd was sitting on, no one mentioned belts. Little g is a large middleweight who recently offered to fight 2 individuals at SMW. The heaviest Floyd has ever fought at was 151. He was obviously picking on the smaller guy. The same bull**** hypocrisy little g fanboys accuse Ward of.

Who cares about your feelings, you're a disgraceful alt. Belts are important in boxing, so much so Floyd comically paid the sanctioning fees to defend his 154 belts at 147 vs Maidana. GGG offered to challenge for Floyds titles at his weight. Ward Otoh wouldn't make a weight concession, and wants 50/50 vs a bigger draw. See the difference, moron?
Damn good read from beginning to end so far, too many people to green K so thanks to the 75% who are keeping it real.
So much of this controversy could have been avoided if Oscar has just said, This is Golovkin's most Dangerous Test Ever. Which if he had I would've agreed with him. It's certainly not that David has more skill or is a better fighter than Golovkin. It's obviously the power, and objectively Lemieux has it.
However I'm blown by the odds for this fight and just how many are sleeping on Lemieux. I'm not calling for a Lemieux victory, still pissed about my blown Mares-Santa Cruz pick, but I'm thinking somewhere before David gets beat he lands something that really hurts GGG. I've watched too long and have seen stranger things happen. I think David's best chance is to smother Triple G and somehow negate the skill advantage. Longer it goes the worse it gets for David.
No matter who GGG beats, they will suddenly be bums.
Doesn't matter to the haters.
Cotto is a MW lineal champion. He has a belt that belongs to GGG. Although he is losing to Canelo, the Winner probably Vacates.
Get over this Ward thing, he is a LHW. Canelo is bigger than GGG, if anyone should be moving up to Ward it is him. Ward walks around at 180, fights at 185-190. He isn't a MW with MW belts.
GGG has ever right to try to unify his division. The coward Cotto has done all he can to stop that by not taking his mandatory.
But I get it, War Cotto is scared. As he should be.
Duck duck goose, Cotto reign as MW pretender (champion is over before it ever really started).
Don't play with MW if you don't want to fight MW.
Why do people just make stuff up?
Yes, he was a big puncher, but it didn't matter.
Lemieux will be the newest tin can everyone says was never good anyways.
Lemeiux is tailor made for GGG. The more he comes forward with his far too wide power shots, the more shots he will eat.
GGG is far too skilled for him, Cotto or Canelo.
The latter two will be cowards and run back to 154.
Canelo drains 20 pounds to fight there, but gets credit. If GGG strictly did the same, he'd get none for it.
What am I making up....in my own opinion Stevens isn't that big a puncher. He can punch, a lot of guys have a decent punch but he is not a GGG,Lemieux, Kovalev type puncher....Anyone can look like Tyson against club fighters. He hasn't kayoed anyone one of note and that is a big part of defining the type of puncher a fighter is. Quality of opposition.
