Pacquiao apparently "tore" one of the four support tendons in the cuff, in a manner that only required a small orthopedic surgery, since the entire tendon didn't fray as much as Arum and the Pacquiao defense force has tried to argue.

Even when pushed by the Filipino interviewer to oversell the story, the surgeon refused to oblige, lol.

Pacquiao's been comfortably utilizing his hurt shoulder since, at the latest, early August.

I for one believe he had an injury, got it fixed, spoke like a religious idiot in an attempt to give 'all glory to jesus" and is actually getting himself the proper therapy he needs. Nothing to see here.

That'd be a reasonable enough argument, if not for the fact that he's openly playing basketball (in the Filipino basketball league, though as a figure that is deemed to be beyond critique), playing in full games, for extended minutes, with seemingly no issues.

The man's been out of even the decorative sling since apparently early July.

Because the actual lawsuit (filing depositions, building the case, getting Hauser to the actual courtroom, penalties, etc) is going to outstrip, likely by tenfold, anything they could possibly imagine getting as restitution from Hauser for the libel.

It'd be a different matter if USADA could find a way to tie the hit piece against their organization back to a direct attempt to slander them by HBO, the organization that Hauser works for. Then, a lawsuit would actually be worth the time.

Should probably have watched All Access/24-7. You would've seen the testing for Mosley, Guerrero, Ortiz, and likely every other fight before the Maidana first fight (where images of seeing the testers come into camp finally lost any of the drama factor in the story). gtfoh
