Also, people need to get off the "if Manny had an injury then why did he check 'no' before the fight in the medical questionnaire?" Seriously?

I had already a severe tear in my left shoulder that been that condition for two years, four months & four days when I went to go for my motorcycle license completing a three day course and the instructors asked us if we had any health issues that needed to be addressed to let them know and of course I was not going to admit due to the fear of them having a legal responsibility to not let me participate in the program. And obviously having to have my arm extended and my bad arm having to use the clutch absolutely affected me, but I really wanted to get a motorcycle license (which I did by passing the written and road tests).

So if I was going to be involved in a mega fight that I had wanted for six years and was going to make more money than I ever had (by a significant margin) before in my career, you're damn right I'm checking "no". I do not blame him for doing that whatsoever.

P.S. I didn't get that shoulder operated on until 8 months and 27 days later from the start of the motorcycle course (making it a total of 3 years, 2 months and 1 week before I was operated on). So if anyone ever has to go in for a labrum repair in their shoulder shoot me a message and I'll be glad to answer questions, etc.

Yeah, until he's actually checked by a legit US Doctor, I'm callin BS on this one.
        US doctors = all legit

        non-US doctors = fake

        Got it.

Sad truth for Floyd fans. He had every advantage. IV to flush out his PED use before the fight, Pac denied a shot for a legitimate shoulder injury. And he still ran for 12 rounds and couldn't even hurt the little guy.
All they have left now is excuses and having to deny that medical professionals performed surgery after the fight. How sad...

              ok....

So you're saying there's a penalty for disclosing an injury? Athletes have injuries all the time. If it were that simple in logic, Pacquiao, the good christian, would've said so, and that story would've been to his favor. But Top Rank was so caught up in the spotlight they couldn't even think of that. Instead, they tell Koncz to take the blame. As if boxers or athletes never have injuries. Sergio Martinez was perfect against Cotto.

Losing my temper due to an intense argument with an ex girlfriend and going into an adrenaline rage and punching a door with a left uppercut to body, straight right to the chest and another left uppercut to the body (I know it sounds silly to say body parts since it's an inanimate object, but just giving a clear explanation).

That decision has physical ruined my life at this point because it also caused me to slightly herniated discs in my C5-C6 region and is affecting the recovery of my shoulder due to the radiculopathy.

                  Live and learn, gents

Don't be a fool. If he disclosed his injury he would not be deemed able to compete and could have potentially never been able to fight Floyd ever again. You add in hundreds of millions on top of it then it's easy to understand why he would rather go in wounded than to confess his ailments and miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime

Of course...and by disclosing an injury on a waiver...you'd also have to prove the injury. =)

Whichever way people view this paradox and the endless excuse from Top Rank and Roach over the years... trust me, I believe Salt Water cures severaly torn rotator cuffs!
