I can't find Morales' positive test done by USADA but it probably exists somewhere.

I asked to see Mannys they are a vapor trail you seem to like to hang around the unknown and reject what is known , I dont believe he was blood tested for the Rios Algieri fights and I think Manny has used Toradol since 2009 and it was one of the main reasons he refused blood testing back then , but thats just my opinion based on a lot of circumstantial evidence .

Toradol might be legal and there is no doubt Manny uses it , its clearly unethical going on all the information regarding NFL players getting shots before games and feeling like superman ( their words ) , that drug is a loop hole in what is rated as a performance enhancing drug , and many want it added to the banned list for good reason .

The website of VADA congratulates pacquiao for completing their set of tests twice. Since no media personality shares your view and has asked to see those results, then I suggest that you write VADA about seeing it for yourself.

Which is something I don't have to write to USADA re the retroactive tue since media personalities have already asked for it.

Why would pacquiao even be afraid of toradol showing up in blood testing if toradol is legal if he has been using it since 2009 as you claim? It is not even a prohibitive substance in VADA testing.

VADA does not publicly release results, even upon public request, as USADA does. VADA has always maintained a very strict policy about that.

Manny could easily be afraid of announcing that he is using Toradol in those big fights because with all the uproar and publicity the NFL was getting during this time he might not have wanted it known he is gaining the same benefits the NFL players are saying they got , lots of whores sell their body legally but feel embarrassed admitting it , many go through life never admitting it to family , its legal but morally wrong to many people . You only know if and when VADA reports it. They first inform the fighter, the Commission, and also the opponent.
