Actually since he started at Fly weight and won more titles at different weight classes he has surpassed Floyd. But the bigger bomb is Floyd was caught using steroids to beat a wash up aging Pacquaio who fought with one arm. Floyd without roids won't have the stamina to beat a wash up Pacquaio and he knows it thats why he used steroids. ( Insecurity )

Pacquiao Wins
Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Marquez, Rios, Bradley II, Algieri
Pacquiao Losses
Mayweather, Marquez, Bradley I*
Robbery Fights and Close Fights are different. May-Maidana I and Pac-Marquez III were close fights while Pac-Bradley was Robbery Fight. Luckily for Mayweather he doesn't have a robbery lose like Pacquiao.
You see, Mayweather slightly edges Pacquiao in the last 6 years.
When Pacquiao won BWAA, WBC, WBO fighter of the decade (2000-2009). Pacquiao dominated that decade that these organizations gave it all to Pacquiao. One lose to Mayweather won't diminish what Pacquiao did accomplished in his boxing career.
Pacquiao also beat Barrera and Marquez at their Primes at their best weight without cheating, catchweight etc. Floyd doesn't have that kind of win in almost 20 yrs of his boxing career.
And Pac fought Marquez to a draw in their first fight. Marquez was already pushing 35 when they fought the second time and Pac still arguably lost that fight.
In four fights with Marquez Pac was never able to beat him convincingly. People will remember the first three fights being close instead of of Pacquiao's bare wins. And everyone will remember the brutal KO he suffered at the hands of Marquez more than anything that happened in the first three fights.
Face it, Floyd not only has a win over Manny, he has a win over the guy who brutally KO'd Manny. Three of their mutual opponents Pac was able to beat more convincingly because they were all fought at lower weights.
Cotto was at 145 not at the 154 Floyd had to fight him at. Same with De La Hoya. Could Pacquiao have beaten De La Hoya as impressively if he had to face him at 154? I doubt it.
Floyd is the better fighter man, give it a rest.

Barrera x2, Morales 2x, Marquez are his overall top wins, wich are certainly better than Corrales and Castillo.
But then, there's a ****load of fighters who were pretty good: Ledbwaba, Eliecer Julio, Oscar Larios, Sasakul. Wich in my view are better than Hernandez, Angel Manfredy and Carlos Hernandez.
Again - Their Career at Welterweight is pretty much the same so i don't care. Legacy wise, they're pretty equal (Floyd's victory over Pacquiao crows his own career).Last edited by gamesworn; 09-27-2015, 09:48 AM.

And yeah, Pacquiao would pound the hell out that Dela Hoya that Mayweather faced.

Floyd fought 12 The Ring ''lineal'' title bouts...
Pacquiao won 5 out 6 The Ring ''lineal'' title bouts...
This is why it is a conflict of interest, and disgrace, aside from the fact that De La Hoya had bought Ring Mag before they had ''crowned'' Pacquiao, of course influenced by the ''BWAA'' which Hauser approves and disapproves members...
Out of bitterness from De La Hoya, I put my cards that the Golden Boy was in denial about his loss, which is why publishing Pac as ''Joke Fighter Of The Decade'' was more ideal.
Anybody else want another lesson in boxing politics?

No. Floyd would have been the favorite in every one of pac's best wins, although in a stinker he dominated Pac and Pac would have not been the favorite in some of mayweather fights.

This thread is hilarious. Pacquaio is well behind Floyd and can never catch him. He was behind him heifer they fought and he's further behind him now. Doesn't mean Pacquiao didn't have a great career, but he'll be remembered mostly for being 2nd best. No shame in that. Pacquaio will be considered in the top 20-30 range, maybe top 15 if you really push it. Floyd is top 10 for any serious boxing expert and top 5 for many.
Pacquiao had a great career, why can't his fans celebrate it without having to compare him to Floyd? It would actually be nice to read a thread about how great Pacquiao was without it bringing up Floyd.
