Guilty of breaking procedures. You're making it sound like something that completely doesn't represent what actually happened.

Sanchez has gone on record saying he would have no problem with random, Olympic style testing before Golovkin's fights, providing the opponent does it too.

It's true that GGG, like most pro fighters, has never done random testing before a fight, but he's never refused it either.

I'll tell you one fighter who has refused to do random testing - Andre Ward.

Because, when USADA refused to run random drug tests for two fights due to there not being enough time, they got unfairly criticised for it. Here is a situation where clearly there is not enough time, and there's none of that same criticism towards VADA.

Reminder: Most title fights have one PED test only, taken on the day of the fight itself.
          See above.

              See above.
Are VADA even being asked to do random testing for this fight, or just the routine tests that NYSAC would have organised if VADA hadn't been brought in?

That's not clear from any of the reports I read.

Please, you obviously didn't read the first one, or like solid read comprehension. Either way, you are off on what the article claims.

It makes about as much sense as a guy who has beaten nobody in his career (Golovkin) and who turned down a fight against the only quality opponent willing to step up to challenge him (Ward) fighting a guy who has been KO'd twice by nobodies and charging the public $60 for the right to see it.
Really, a MW champ fighting another champ, now, this coming month, or agree to fight Ward in 2016, after he has a few more tune ups.

You act as if Ward was offering a fight now, he wasn't.

And by the way, Ward has already turned down GGG twice. Sense you are so fast to believe awards spin, GGG called Ward on his BS. Said they offered a fight in front of HBO, and it was Ward who said no.

Now that GGG is getting popular, the Sinking ship called the "Son of God," is trying to get GGG to bail him out.

Ward, a man who should be fighting LHW, since he walks around at 180, fight at 185-190, he calling out a guy who at most fights rehydrated at 170.

And you think GGG would have been wise to take the Ward fight, even though no one outside some fans who can't let go of yesterday, seem to think Wards is popular.

No one liked the guy when he was, umm, holding his way to wins.

He is even liked less today.

Ward wants to fight smaller guys, then do like GGG offered, or like Dawson did, and come down to fight him.

If not, let GGG do his mission, which isn't getting into a hugging match with Ward for a few pennies.

But his only "legit" fight could have come against a MW champ trying to unify the division. LMAO, really....you sure you want to stick with that as your defining argument?
They will twist and turn, and even make stuff up to try to convince anyone that they are making sense. It's comedy.

You keep telling yourself that a Golovkin fight against a guy who got KO'd by two journeymen, one of whom Golovkin himself already KO'd is a great fight. Maybe if you tell yourself that lie enough times, it will convince you to buy this fight. Then you can brag to your grandchildren one day that you were one of 25,000 people who paid to see Golovkin's first PPV.
He offered to fight him in Fall of 2016. That's a year from now.

Ward pulled a PR stunt, waited until GGG had another opponent, this sent a dumb contract trying to shelf GGG for another year.

Only deluded Ward fans think that's courage.

Ward is a holding, clinching, not fighting anyone goid near his own weight, LHW commentary giver.

The man doesn't want good fights, he wants tune ups.

He throws GGG's name out to build his base off of those who hate GGG, usually fans of someone GGG destroyed, or is about to destroy.

I think you're the one lacking reading comprehension. Direct qoute from the article...

Mayweather and his opponent agree to keep USADA advised as to their whereabouts at all times and submit to an unlimited number of unannounced blood and urine tests. That sounds good. But in effect, USADA allows Mayweather to determine when the testing begins. That leaves a long period of time during which there are no checks on what substances he might put into his body.

For example, Mayweather didn’t announce Andre Berto as the opponent for his upcoming Sept. 12 fight until Aug. 4, only 39 days before the fight. That didn’t leave much time for serious drug testing. From the conclusion of the Pacquiao fight until the Berto announcement, Mayweather was not subject to USADA testing.

Here, the thoughts of Victor Conte are instructive.

“Mayweather is not doing ‘Olympic-style testing,’” Conte states. “Olympic testing means that you can be tested twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. If USADA was serious about boxing becoming a clean sport, it would say, ‘We don’t do one-offs. If you sign up for USADA testing, we reserve the right to test you at any time 365-24-7.’ But that’s not what USADA does with Mayweather or any other fighter that I know of.”

“The benefits that an athlete retains from using anabolic steroids and certain other PEDs carry over for months,” Conte continues. “Anybody who knows anything about the way these drugs work knows that you don’t perform at your best when you’re actually on the drugs. You get maximum benefit after the use stops. I can’t tell you what Floyd Mayweather is and isn’t doing. What he could be doing is this. The fight is over. First, he uses these drugs for tissue repair. Then he can stay on them until he announces his next fight, at which time he’s the one who decides when the next round of testing starts. And by the time testing starts, the drugs have cleared his system.
Explain the point of that excerpt.

Because it becomes easier to spot people with agendas that way. The same ones who would jump all over USADA for this suddenly get all quite or start making excuses when VADA is involved in the exact same thing.
