living in LA i know a couple of mexicans who dont speak spanish but they still have a super bean accent while speaking in english,,but i also know a half japanese dude who also has a major mexican accent,he told me that he developed it thru culture because he hung out wiht nothinb but mexicans his whole lifeYeah I saw it.
He was probably raised without learning Spanish, which is why he doesn't have a Hispanic accent. It's common among Puerto Ricans who live in the States to have shame in their Hispanic culture and become "White" and grow up speaking "White". I think Americanized puerto ricans are the only Hispanics this happens to.
is it possible to develop accents based upon who u grow up with?or is it genetic??Comment

Accents is not genetic. If you were raised in Great Britain and go to school there, no matter your color, you'd speak with a British accent.living in LA i know a couple of mexicans who dont speak spanish but they still have a super bean accent while speaking in english,,but i also know a half japanese dude who also has a major mexican accent,he told me that he developed it thru culture because he hung out wiht nothinb but mexicans his whole life

If you grow up in Harlem New York around Black friends, you would likely have that Harlem accent and vocabulary, like the n word even though the person is not black. It happens a lot.
So yeah, you can develop the same accent and vocab as the culture you were raised around.Comment

I don't care where a fighter is from or what colour his skin is or what he believes. I'm French Canadian from Montreal and I will be cheering for GGG over my hometown fighter, Lemieux in their upcoming fight. I also cheered for Hopkins when he fought here in Montreal and cheered for Kovalev over Pascal. I think the last time I cheered for a home town fighter it was for Otis Grant and Eric Lucas. Used to cheer for the Hiltons as well, until I got to know them personally. Then that went right out the window. LOLComment
