The dumbest fans in boxing are the ones that prefer one style of fighting and denigrate any and all fighters that don't adhere to their strict preference of boxing style.

This describes 95% of this forum.

Nope and I can't understand people that are. I can't stand National Anthems and all that *****. I love the fact that fighters from around the world bring different styles, that's what makes the sport so great.

I love Wlad, Kovalev, Froch, Kessler and have always rooted for 3 out of 4 of those. Kovalev turned me from a hater because he was untested, to a fan, and now I think he is the #1 P4P fighter. Then of course, RJJ, Mayweather, Hopkins, J. Taylor, P. Williams, Ward have been some of my favorite fighters. JMM, Canelo, DSG, Maidana are some of my favorite Hispanic fighters. Some posters call me Black or Negro or n----r, **** skin(unfortunately I report them but they are still around) because there is a certain race of fighters I defend that does not sit well with them.

I dislike runners and clinchers no matter where they come from. I can tolerate runners, but not excessive clinchers. If the fighter comes from my country or from the same race is both (runner/clincher), then I won't mind other fans disliking him. I won't defend him like he's my girlfriend.

Unlike idiots in these forums who force you to love them and hate those with entertaining styles just because their hero happens to be a boring fighter. It's so stooopid. See the huge difference?

They hate everyone that doesn't conform to their fighter's style of fighting. It's like questioning a guy why he doesn't like certain foods.

There should have been a third option with I always go for my countrymen but I also like other fighters. Boxing events for fans of countries with rich tradition in the sport is like international play in Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, Olympics, etc.

The poll options aren't exact for me. I support foreign fighters very much. But if it comes down to America vs anybody. I'll probably be rooting for the American. Even though it maybe a foregone conclusion that the American won't win. So, yes, I'm nationalistic.

Hell no. I like various different fighters from various different nationalities.

I know that at least half of those guys that posted "no" are straight up liars though.

Flags and color make the majority in boxing. You see it a lot here in the forums that are suppose to be for hardcore fans, now just imagine out there.
