if the heavyweights he fought were his size he'd have had a harder time.

imagine 6'6 lamon brewster, or 6'6 sam peter or 6'6 alex povetkin or 6'6 eddie chambers, etc.

      wlad would do good.

but he remember his height, reach is a major advantage in most his fights.

don't forget that it's "pound-for-pound" not "inch-for-inch". wlad's height advantage must hypothetically transfer into any p4p comparisons

          so he'll be a 5'10 flyweight?

forget china chin, talk about china body.

i'm pretty sure P4P is based on skill and other intagibles plus power, speed factored by division.

i think by "same size" that includes height, reach not just weight.

I would've thought same size really meant if they were all in the same weight class, not if they lost their physical attributes.

If any fighter loses physical attributes they're not the same fighter.

                      Respect to Manny.

Definitely agree with how P4P tends to work Gonzalez at #1 seems a bit much. I personally believe P4P should shift more after close decisions or bad performances not just L's, but it seems like its much more gradual movements being made with it. That being the case it seems like Wlad or Rigo or even Manny or Ward should have taken the #1 spot with Floyd's retirement or whoever Ring has highly ranked with more championship experience. Although I guess its a whole lot simpler for Ring if Gonzales was #2 then if Floyd retires he's #1 isn't he.
