He'd definitely be on the list somewhere, although #1 is pushing it since Pacquiao isn't even number 1. Khan has beaten a lot of fighters.

Barrera, Kotelnik, Maidana, Peterson, Malignaggi, Diaz, Alexander, Collazo & Algieri.

All that said, he isn't beating Pacquiao and probably won't even land the fight.

i can't believe what i'm about post. if the fight happens i hope pacquiao knocks him out cold. its very difficult to support pacquiao but for a khan fight. i can do it. i can't stand khan. he uses the 2 biggest names to duck all the top welters and force them to fight each other.

i thought he said floyd beat him 5 years too late and the win didn't mean much.. now beating this supposedly "shot" pacquiao will put him at the top ..no matter what version of manny show up, khan is not winning.. he thinks he'll be able to outbox him like floyd, but khan doesn't have those skills.
