He'd definitely be on the list somewhere, although #1 is pushing it since Pacquiao isn't even number 1. Khan has beaten a lot of fighters.

Barrera, Kotelnik, Maidana, Peterson, Malignaggi, Diaz, Alexander, Collazo & Algieri.

All that said, he isn't beating Pacquiao and probably won't even land the fight.

P4P is what he's done lately though. Why count wins that happened more than 5 years ago?

Beating Algieri, Collazo and Alexander does no warrant a P4P spot.

Beating Pacquiao right now? Meh. Don't know.

What I do know is that Khan isn't a top 10 P4P fighter.
