He'd definitely be on the list somewhere, although #1 is pushing it since Pacquiao isn't even number 1. Khan has beaten a lot of fighters.

Barrera, Kotelnik, Maidana, Peterson, Malignaggi, Diaz, Alexander, Collazo & Algieri.

All that said, he isn't beating Pacquiao and probably won't even land the fight.

Maidana and Malinaggi could be Khanns best wins and how long ago was that...were coming up on 10yrs when Khan had actually beat a guy who was currently on top. yea i'm not a khan fan but truth is he's beaten a lot of good fighters, beating Manny he should be in top 10, they have guys with weaker level of opposition on that top 10 list and ranked very high
