Sure, as long as "respect" doesn't mean "mindless worship."
If he beats Canelo and then fights GGG at 160, I will respect him even more. Or even if he simply gives up the MW belt. I'd respect this. As he has said, he's not a middleweight...although his trainer has now said he wants Cotto to take on GGG next.
He won't. We all know there's no freaking way he'll take on GGG. But yeah I still respect him for trying hard against Mayweather (which Canelo didn't nearly as much.) And for fighting lots of tough fighters in his 20s.
You're a hater, bra. You post in every Cotto related thread with something negative to say about him. You like to appear that you're a objective fan, but you have an unhealthy obsession with him and this post isn't fooling me.
You'll be back to calling him a ***** and criticizing his every move soon enough but blame your hatred towards him on his "stans".

Then read the last part.
I post in lots of non related Cotto threads. Only reason it looks like it is cause most Cotto fans don't venture much elsewhere.
Cotto is not a fully straight man and the stuff he's been doing lately has been divaish, just like I would call out any other boxer for the same things.
