How about him sending an offer to Golovkins team straight after he's announced he's facing David? How about giving no concessions and expecting a 50/50 despite doing nothing of note for 3 years and never headlining a PPV.

He's in no position to be picky? Is that it? Great critique of Ward, but sorry, don't be picky doesn't match up to the abuse you seem to throw at team Golovkin daily. The guy is straight up ******ed with his decisions and delusionals of self-worth, but you find trouble in admitting that.

Furthermore, how about the other examples I gave? Sending an offer to Golovkin after his fight is already signed with David? No concessions despite never headlining a PPV, doing less ticket sales, being less popular, less known, less exciting, but still wants 50/50 at his comfortable weight of 168 (jk he's a LHW practically anyway).

FFS, Golovkin fans actually tried to sell Wille Monroe as a better and more famous fighter than Erislandy Lara just because Team Golovkin said it. Tells you all you need to know about his fanbase lately.

Monroe Jr was highest rated AVAILABLE challenger in WBA MIDDLEWEIGHT rankings. Also,(more importantly) Monroe Jr was able to fight on HBO.
Lara is none of those things.

Of course we remember, that video is extremely flawed and when I say extremely I mean that in the most literal term. Kessler held in that video, a lot of entanglements occurred but Ward instead got the blame for all of it. Go watch Froch-Kessler 1, see how many times they got tangled up.

You're right in theory but there's no guarantee a Canelo/Cotto fight ever materializes. Why not take the Ward fight the drop back down if a Canelo/Cotto fight materializes. A win over Ward doubles his purse
