First point, Herobando was talking about Floyd, not Cotto. He was pointing out that GGG said he would move down to 154 for Floyd.

Second point. GGG's team have stated specifically, several times, that he would only move up to 168 for a ppv fight.

GGG/Ward would not be a ppv fight. HBO have already made that clear. If GGG can unify the MW division, it would become a ppv fight, but no way could Ward expect a 50/50 split under those circumstances. 60/40 would be more than generous, imo.

During negotiation, it seems to be Golovkins way or the highway.

If you accept that, then you MUST accept his resume at face value.
