            Do you ever do your own homework?

            There was no judgement, rather a settlement, which got decided years after the suit was filed. Not one year later, not even two years later. And lots of cash was spent upfront on both sides.

            Litigation is business, it's expensive, it's not cheap, and it takes YEARS.
