We all know why USADA and NSAC haven't sued Hauser.

Suing would only diminish their street cred. They got a rep to protect. The TMT and all associated affiliates such as USADA and NSAC can't be sacrificing their street cred with lawsuits.

Right now Thomas Hauser better watch his back when he goes to the roller skating because Tygart has some thugs waiting to dish out some street justice at the roller rink

They will lose all credibility if they don't sue.

Why would USADA sue Hauser over his reporting Floyd got an IV of saline and vitamin c which they approved after the fact. That's true.

They're in the business of gaining trust and showing credibility and integrity. I don't see any reason why they won't even try clearing their name. And the most sensible way is to do it in court.

Litigation takes years and lots of cash. It's not instant justice.

Seriously? Uh his using the IV is the equivalent of doing 60 in a 55. Here in Jersey, only the most racist, ***gity, ******* jerk cops stop anyone doing 60 in a 55.

So by the letter of the rule-illegal. Common sense-not an issue.

I guess if you are a Floyd hater or a Manny fan, you want a ticket issued.
