Hmm...This is strange. If your business depends on credibility and trust and someone defames it, won't you be doing anything to punish the defamer and clear your rep? What would be left of your business if you don't? You're screwed. You might as well close shop.

Those millions that Floyd got would be gone paying Tygart to hide his positive result. Floyd wouldn't know the difference if Tygart gave him the wrong result form, Floyd can't read.

It's funny how frequently one group will say ''so so are are lawyers now" when they won't skip a beat when it comes to butchering the law.
USADA and NSAC would not be able to sue Hauser because he has carefully separated his interpretation from the facts. You cannot sue someone for defamation of character when they have presented their opinion.
The issue is not with USADA or NSAC. The issue is with people taking Hauser's interpretation as fact; it is something he relies on, but not something he can be sued over.

Wow. These people hate Hauser and they say he's a liar and distorts the truth, yet they don't want to see his ass get sued and punished. This is strange. Hauser can basically concoct anything and he would come out unscathed. Who would trust USADA now? Their rep is beyond repair.

Bennett and Aguilar said despite USADA's involvement in 45 boxing cards and their supervision of the Ultimate Fighting Championships anti-doping system, the agency has botched communication on three occasions.
"After three incidents here, its hard to call this an anomaly" Bennett said. They need to understand they need to honor the rules of Nevada, or their work will not be recognized in Nevada.Last edited by Deevel916; 09-29-2015, 12:15 PM.
