I think it would be a more exciting fight than Porter/Brook even though I still enjoyed the defensive prowess and counter punching that Brook offered. Even though Porter would be the obvious aggressor in this fight, I think Thurman would want to do more damage that Brook did and not just win a technical points decision. I'm not quite sold on whether Thurman has as good reflexes and movement as Brook but he definitely has power and some defensive skills. It could make for an action packed match up! It seems like Thurman really wants it and Porter wants it but does Haymon want it? If not, Thurman's reputation will start to slide if he keeps fighting one-time contenders (pardon the pun) as opposed to current contenders.
