Actually, test results for championship fights should never be withheld from public scrutiny due to non-disclosure terms stipulated in fight contracts. There's no accountability otherwise, just a dog and pony show.

Arum has been around a long time, he knows the signs of a drug cheat. But what does it matter? Not at all. Who cares? Apparently too many of you.

Arum is doing it the clever way....he knows he can't prove the IV use......but he can prove with the testosterone levels....if they go the legal route and get some evidence to open up an enquiry.
He will demand CIR testing to be administered by vada to find out the truth.
This will really explode once Floyd's abnormal TE Ratio is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
Floyd & Manny both had CIR testing. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/boxing...182400390.html
This was reported by Kevin Iole on May 22. He also reported the 750ml info back then to, but cuz 750ml was meaningless til Hauser wrote an article making it a ******s smoking gun of PED usage that whole situation is being rewritten also.

Dude it's called common sense and logic.
Remember pac's defamation case against Floyd for accusing him of steroid use. When pac's lawyer pressed on and asked for floyd's fight blood tests with Mosely and Ortiz. Floyd had to settle with Pac outside of court, and had to publicly apologize that they didn't have proof of Pac doping. And that Pac was clean.
Well same logic here buddy. Those TE ratios is now in question again. Once Arum or an independent body demands for it, and a judge issues a subpoena. USADA has no where to run but show it.
Remember Arum's old man TE ratio is @2, and he is a pretty old man. Floyd's abnormally low and abnormally sick TE Ratio is @0.8-0.6. That my friend is a RED FLAG and can easily be proven guilty by doing CIR test.
Just you wait. Someone will demand it. You know why?
Boxing lost so much credibility by this Froid Mayweather. They need to get that trust among fans again. They need to fix the corruption in the sport. At this point it's a WWE show. It's just a sport you can't take seriously.
Lol expect for Floyd to fight big show again. He thinks boxing is a big fat script like WWE. The thing is, it's not. It's a sport and no man is above his chosen sport. It's just a matter of time.
Lastly, USADA can say they had a CIR testing. Then all they need is to show it to the public case closed. The thing is those urine tests with abnormally low TE ratio cannot be changed or tampered since the TE ratio is unique on it's own. So once another testing body like vada tests those same samples again. That's when we'll know if USADA ain't covering up anything.Last edited by Spoon23; 09-18-2015, 11:18 PM.

Hate Uncle Bob all you want, but he's right. Numbers don't lie. Evidence doesn't lie. Floydie needs to be held accountable now, all tests must be done now, not in 5 years, Floydie's belts must be released now and fights scheduled to fight for them now, USADA must be investigated now and held accountable, NSAC must change the Pac fight to a NC now.
These things HAVE to happen for boxing to not turn into a sham in the public's eyes.

The best thing right now for everyone including Floyd is to sign a waiver and request his samples be tested by a lab not associated to sports period. He made a splash with his introduction of extensive testing then right now would be a great opportunity for him to really show he was about that. The longer this debate rages on the more theories pop up and the more su****ious people will become. Just sign a waiver and be done with it.
