Manny Pacquiao. He's already beaten Bradley who is the next best welterweight.

        pac

he's at the top of the list for every 140-147 guy out there.

        for money, fame, resume, etc.

with floyd gone, pac is the #1 choice.

IMO pac is on the injured reserve list right now, and therefor not active.

Bradley is 1-1-1 in the last 18 months!!

It remains to be seen how he responds to Teddy Atlas, but Tim has peaked in my opinion! He's never looked a world class fighter at 147 as he did at 140! His chin is looking hellaciously dodgy since Provo knocked cracked thunderdome and he doesn't excel in any one area! I expect him to beat Rios, but I wouldn't Favour him against Thurman, Brook, Khan, Sadam Ali, Porter or Matthysse right now! I think he may have Danny Garcia's number but that's it

There is no "man". It's vacant and the WW's are going to have to fight for it now Floyd has gone.

It's definitely not Bradley thats for sure.

                    Should be 2-1. But, ok.

Bradley has never really been "expected" to beat anybody. But he's beat them all.
