They are waiting for Manny to sue Teddy and ESPN first. then if Manny is successful, they will know that you can sue and win when someone implies something but doesn't directly outright state it (to protect against being sued).

Manny sued froid and won because droid didn't want his own records to be exposed. Teddy and paullie has been pretty vague on their accusations since then.

USADA who's whole business is around integrity has yet to take action on the main culprit hauser

Yes, we know many sued Floyd and it got settled out of court. The question is about Manny suing Teddy Atlas/ESPN.

Did that happen? If not, why?

WHy would Floyd or USADA sue Hauser when he didn't say anything about Floyd , just implied it, and USADA said they did grant the TUE 18 days later?

The fact is most mfers here knew f#ck all about dehydration or the symptoms of dehydration last week & now this week half of this forum can diagnosis dehydration or not via looking at a guy lmfao. And even suggest cures ("drink a glass of water" lol).

The reality is a medical professional deemed an IV necessary. He has distinct advantages over most here in that he's been trained to help patients, seemingly would have diagnosed dehydration before & a big advantage for this last one, he was actually in Floyd presence to diagnose it. He wasn't just looking at pictures of Floyd or watching the weigh in to yay or nay this dehydration thing. I trust that guys opinion over some knuckleheads who didn't see a problem with 750ml's worth of IV's being given to Floyd in May & still seem to think dehydration is all about how many lbs you've lost recently.
Says the Floyd fans that couldn't believe in Manny's well known doctor in that he said Manny had a significant tear nor did Floyd fans believe when this doctor performed surgery on Manny.

Sorry but you did not even respond to which point that you disagreed that I brought up. Can you please state which one and why?

Floyd had to have been more than just simply dehydrated. If that was the case, they would have rushed him to the hospital.

Instead you believe that they called up to get immediate help. Then at his house, they verified that an IV was the only way? Then when they were going to administer the IV, Floyd said "wait, you can't give it to me yet. Lets call up USADA and wait for them beforehand. OK?"
"but Floyd, when its an emergency it can't wait, right?"

"Emergency? Oh, yes, its an emergency. Wink, wink. Don't worry about that. Lets wait for USADA to come."

Then only AFTER waiting for USADA to arrive and checking up the diagnosis for themselves, they administered the IV? With all the time elapsed for this to occur, does this even make any sense to a rational person? Remember, this IV was to be given for an emergency. For all that to transpire, you can't honestly say it was an emergency, can you?

As for drinking fluids instead of giving an IV, its written that that is the way to go when its a simple dehydration. Only in certain situations do you give an IV. Yet you are calling these points "insane", "knuckleheads"

"They found." If USADA were in on it, why would they let any of the info get leaked to make them look bad or a possible huge coirt case. Dumbest logic floating around.

Not sure if you are saying that USADA was dumb but all they were doing is protecting both Floyd's and their asZ. Remember that there was more than just Floyd and USADA present at Floyd's house. For example, who gave Floyd the IV? There would have been records of this. Then it would have eventually leaked out and Floyd and USADA would have been in more trouble.

Imagine, the commissions and Manny knew about this only after the fight!!!

None of it makes sense. Why release the info in the first instance if it's all a cover up?

These morons are unfortunately too dumb to have an original thought.

You are again speculating, that's just your opinion, your guess. It is not a fact that information would have eventually leaked out. You're only guessing. But what is a fact is that USADA released the information publicly FIRST.

Please, who do you think you're kidding, flo mo? No trip to hospital, no indicators of dehydration at weighin, guy barely drank water. Then you have the words of Team Floyd themselves: urine darker than normal, "nothing out of the ordinary". That's not an emergency, that's rehydration for recovery, retroactive Tue does not apply

This might work on flo mos, an extraordinarily dumb fanbase, but the rest of the world is not so easily fooled
