Any chance we'll see these people settle their differences in court? These are serious allegations. You can't possibly settle this in mere back and forth statements. It's ridiculous.

No chance in hell Froid and/or USADA would file charges. For one, Froid's defense rests solely on USADAs defense. If USADAs defense fails, Froid has no leg to stand on. Now the million dollar question is, why in the hell doesn't USADA sue Hausers ass and instead take the time to write a 25 page garbage response? That's really mind-boggling. They surely could afford better lawyers than Hauser. Not to mention the hundred thousands of dollars, maybe even millions of dollars of they would get for damages if Hausers article was a complete lie and total fabrication. The answer is real easy, it's because if they do that, then Hausers lawyers can then order them (USADA) to release the official records they have of the tests, samples and everything else that they have and they wouldn't be able to say no. So they would then be forced to settle out of court with Hauser for an undisclosed sum of money. Which would then make people realize that USADA is guilty and has something to hide.

And that is why USADA is going with this ridiculous back and forth approach.

Manny didn't sue Teddy Atlas and ESPN when Teddy reported he had an email stating Manny asked about the punishment for testing positive. Does this mean Manny was using?

Exactly. I have already done several videos pointing this out on double standards. The Internet is full of malicious people, and if hardball is what they want then an dose of their hate will bring forth the actual double standards. For example, the Thunderdome boxing talk channel, with a legion of misinformed boxing fans following just opinion buy into anything. He recently followed my video breakdowns and then shamefully fabricates what Atlas said and stated those circumstances to the May Pac bout. Pathetic

It was issued by a paramedic. Why would a paramedic get involved if it wasn't considered an emergency?

Hauser is far from a millionaire. You're talking about a writer that doesn't make 6 figures per year. There's no financial gain in suing him. Freelance writers with little money can be very reckless with articles because they have nothing to lose. At best, they could go after the parent company of SB Nation. But it's not really worth it as USADA is a non-profit organisation. And the litigation will go on for years unless settled out of court.

I don't think its very easy to sue people over implications or the implications others make based on you leaving out details. Which is what Hauser did in 98% of the article if not the complete article. I'm not sure he made one bold claim. He just bite stuff from other articles it seemed like to me & made one or two calls for a couple direct quotes iirc.

As I used as a example previously when I suggested if I was Hauser I wouldn't have called that posters mom a slut. I'd have suggested others have seen her getting rides home late at night by different men while leaving out the details that she was in work clothes & getting out of a taxi. This is standard sleazy journalist bull**** these days that a great many writers take advantage of to imply, but not say outright some things one could potentially get sued over if they did say it outright.
