Guys drop belts all the time homie. If Cotto-Canelo is entertaining and competitive. A rematch is a bigger money maker for both than a GGG fight. They'd drop the belt in a heartbeat. Quillen has dropped a belt for business purposes. The lineal title that Cotto holds at one time was unified with all four major ABC belts, and has been reduced to one over the years, for bysiness purposes. Actually, at one time that title was reduced to no ABC belts when HBO refused Martinez's mandatory. So he dropped the belt for business purposes. Belts simply aren't that important. Winning belts isn't gonna make GGG a star. Legitimizing himself as a true elite in the sport will. A win over Ward speeds up that process.

lmao that didn't even make sense. You said:
GGG vs Ward would not even be a draw and would do low numbers on regular HBO.
Then you said:
Even if he dropped Ward in the first rd, it doesn't matter because the fight would still be an all around losing proposition for Golovkin and would hurt his brand as a draw.
So according to your logic GGG vs Ward isn't even good enough for regular TV and even if GGG knocked Ward out in the first rd, it would still hurt his brand?!
Knocking out Andre Ward in the first rd would hurt his brand...?!
You hear how ******ed you sound?!
ward is p4p, undefeated, and in his prime.
as a matter of fact, ggg knocking ward out would make his brand and his aura bigger.Comment

Dude is a f.uck'n idiot. There's not a poster on this site that blindly nuthugs a fighter as much as he does GGG, and that's an impressive feat around here. Don't worry. He'll have you on ignore before long. He puts everyone that doesn't ****lick GGG and calls him on his bull**** on ignore at some point. You said:

Ward answers all the questions critics have about GGG. And he likely answers them in humiliating fashion. Which is why GGG Nation is scared ****less.Comment

Can't say that I agree with this. Titles matter to the fighters. If Cotto loses to Canelo his PPV career is over. Unless it is competitive and wants a rematch (which I doubt). If Canelo loses to GGG. GGG will then become the biggest PPV attraction in the sport whether people like it or not. Unless Manny makes some big fights happen. All of this talk back and forth is just making the GGG-Ward fight bigger. It will happen.Guys drop belts all the time homie. If Cotto-Canelo is entertaining and competitive. Just because you beat a PPV star doesn't make you a PPV star. Ask Shane Mosley, Winky Wright, Bernard Hopkins, and the list goes on.Can't say that I agree with this. Titles matter to the fighters.
