Its not so much that various fighters were ducked. Its more that Floyd has always been very careful about whom he fights. Leonard got accused of similar shenanigans but Leonard fought atg fighters in their prime...Mayweather did not. This makes Mayweather look puny compared to other ATG who fought great fighters who were at an equal place in their career.

In Mayweather's case he could have done somethng about this by fighting Pac earlier and chose not too. Not to mention some of the other guys he could have fought earlier...also the catchweights are a problem.

Mayweather used steroids against every elite Welter Weight he ducked all prime fighters until they became wash up. Had he not been juicing against Mosley he would have been knocked out in that 2nd round. He feared Margarito's relentless pressure probably avoided Tyszu after what happen to Judah, avoided Paul Williams another pressure fighter

This is the closest version of everyone's list by the Duck People if they don't like you. And its the reality basically. There's people calling out everyone at all levels of the game, some deserving, some not, but everyone can only fight one guy at a time & cuz of money & TV dates most top fighters, who are worth calling out, usually only can fight 3 times a year/max. And then if you are a champion, every challenger you coulda fought but didn't could be considered a ducking situation by the Duck People. Hell as the Duck People have shown you don't even need to be in the same weight division at the same time to have ducked some people.
