its the clowns saying the same thing over and over again nothing is going to change what happened on may 2nd. i recommend this book how to move on in life after heartbreak.
Only problem with that is Mayweather would have needed to have an IV just before every time he was tested and he didn't know when they were going to turn up. Athletes can't send them away and avoid them anymore like Armstrong used to.
Yet . Usada stated they showed up to do a random at floyds house the night before the fights and caught him administering an illegal iv of 750 ml . They told the nsac that. And than admitted that floyd applied for a TUE through usada 19 days after the fight. So his TUE injections were applied for 19 days later. NSAC stated usada has no authority to grant TUE's . Only NSAC can do such a thing.
You cant have a legal iv at your house. Has to be a hospital. Cant have more than 50ml every 6 hours. Yet floyd had an illegal iv at his house of 750 ml within 1 hour.
That is a major red flag in which conte stated floyd obviously was flushing peds in which he believes is epo, hgh TRT and Adderall. Dude was amped up

No they didn't Hauser said that.
Here's what USADA said:
As was already publicly reported in May of this year by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), Mr. Mayweather applied for and was granted a The****utic Use Exemption (TUE) by USADA for an IV infusion of saline and vitamins that was administered prior to his May 2 fight against Manny Pacquiao. Mr. Mayweather***8217;s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today. Nonetheless, because Mr. Mayweather was voluntarily taking part in a USADA program, and therefore subject to the rules of the WADA Code, he took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered in order remain in compliance with the USADA program. Although Mr. Mayweather***8217;s application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests results were reported, Mr. Mayweather did disclose the infusion to USADA in advance of the IV being administered to him. Furthermore, once the TUE was granted, the NSAC and Mr. Pacquiao were immediately notified even though the practice is not prohibited under NSAC rules.
Also if the USADA is for sale to the highest bidder it'd be the US government who is their boss. They give them $10M a year & more during Olympic years. If you think they are risking their rep & $10M+ a year for the $300k Mayweather is giving them to do his fights testing I think you'd be wrong.

The NSAC disagrees...
***8220;USADA has historically been recognized as the world***8217;s leading anti-doping authority. However, my experiences to date with them have been less than acceptable and less than professional,***8221; said Bob Bennett, the executive director of the Nevada commission.
***8220;He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can***8217;t authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada,***8221; Bennett said. ***8220;USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered.
***8220;If they think they can do what they want, where and whenever they want in the state of Nevada, they are grossly mistaken.***8221;
Bennett and Aguilar said despite USADA***8217;s involvement in 45 boxing cards and their supervision of the Ultimate Fighting Championship***8217;s anti-doping system, the agency has botched communication on three occasions.
***8220;After three incidents here, it***8217;s hard to call this an anomaly,***8221; Bennett said. ***8220;They need to understand they need to honor the rules of Nevada, or their work will not be recognized in Nevada.***8221;
Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s use of an IV treatment to deal with dehydration before his fight against Manny Pacquiao should not have been by permitted by the U.S.

+ the risk of jail time for anyone involved in a cover up.
