Promoters pay for this type of drug testing. Mayweather is the promoter for his fights. Thus, the answer is yes, Floyd paid USADA.

I think the TS was trying to say something else doe.

Yeah and Floyd just happened to take the IV right before the USADA official arrived. It was a pure coincidence.

Floyd was getting tipped off by higher up USADA officials.

So Floyd notified USADA beforehand but IYO he got tipped off from higher up USADA reps that the testers were coming?

          Here's what USADA said:
Here is what USADA said to ESPN before the Morales fight.

"“The reason the fight has not been called off, according to one of the sources, is because Morales’ ‘A’ sample tested positive but the results of the ‘B’ sample test likely won’t be available until after the fight. ‘[USADA] said it could be a false positive,’ one of the sources with knowledge of the disclosure said.”

At that time Morales had had 2 B samples test positive.

USADA lies its ass off to protect the fighters that pay them.

They released results for 3 tests before the fight NYAC and Garcia knew the results and decided to go ahhead with the fight.

"A 24-year-old Philadelphia resident, Garcia (25-0, 16 KOs) and his father and trainer, Angel Garcia, had threatened to pull out of the bout at the Fridays weigh-in, but decided to go through with it after the final test — administered on Wednesday — returned negative early Friday evening.

Morales had blamed contaminated meat for the positive results of the two earlier tests, aftter which Angel Garcia had been adamant that his son would not fight. Morales’ “B” sample returned positive for the banned substance Clenbuterol on random tests given by USADA taken on Oct. 3 and on Oct. 10, but tested negative on the final one."

No I went to another forum years ago because of firewall issues that are now resolved. I always preferred the scene over that other forum.

And you are simply ******. The issue is that Floyd knew that USADA official was coming and was given a heads up. Of course you can always choose to believe that he just happened to be doing one of the things you need to do to beat a testosterone test in the very narrow window by pure change.

What has USADA not notifying NSAC got to do with Mayweather notifying USADA? He claimed Mayweather didn't notify USADA and they caught him, USADA say different.

They released the results because they got leaked first. They had lied to the press the day before.

"New York State Athletic Commission sources say that the first notice the NYSAC received regarding Morales***8217; test results came in a three-way telephone conversation with representatives of Golden Boy and USADA after the story broke on Halestorm Sports. In that conversation, the commission was told that there were ***8220;some questionable test results***8221; for Morales but that testing of Morales***8217; ***8220;B***8221; sample would not be available until after the fight."
