Why does that even matter? Showtime made more then enough money with his 2 fights with Canelo and Pacquaio... 6.6 million PPV buys plus revenue =s no way showtime loses any money on this deal...Period

        Basically.

There still still tickets available on fight day for the Guereror fight aswell. Not sure if that sold out either.

Both fights were close to full.

Nothing more then major damage control and trying to spin a utter disaster of a fight. There were thousands of tickets still on sale a day before the fight, less then a sellout with likely hundreds if not thousands simply given away on fight night for free. Showtime will end up losing millions because they had to pay 32 mil to Mayweather and 4 mil to berto according to the public records from the Nevada Commission released on friday. And there is no way they recouped that money in PPV revenues for a fight that will be lucky if it does half of what Mayweather was avg before the Pacquiao fight. No buzz for the fight, media and fans have nothing nice to say before or after the fight so this buffoon is out trying to save face for a joke of a fight he just paid for.

Man you lying out your teeth. The buzz for Bero WAS NOT the same as Guerrero. Nor was the attendance numbers the same. Attendance was 15,880, a sellout at the MGMGrand. The entire lead up for this fight Mayweather had to answer questions about Berto being a massive underdog and all last week had to side step questions of him being accused of being on PEDs. Not to mention the stink that has not worn off from the Pacquaio fight. The only attention this fight got was all negative and that is why we already seeing bad attendance numbers and all the experts are predicting terrible PPV numbers to follow

That was actually one of his more coherent posts, believe it or not.

Because of comps...and the arena was still not full. This literally means they couldn't give away enough tickets to fill up the arena.
