Heres something someone should elaborate on. Why would Thurman be able to beat Floyd? Only thing I see going for him is his overhand right and youth. Khan is the only one I'd tab to beat Floyd decisively. Maybe Pac if he could use his right hand effectively without a rotator cuff tear

There's only one active welter who could be Floyd but he has to be on top of his game and that is Thurman. Thurman adapts to opponents in the ring he is an adaptable fighter and has the youth speed and power on his side. He will dominate the welter if Floyd doesn't return. Before anyone gets offended by this response this is my personal opinion that's all.

I dont see khan have much success either. Hes sloppy, leaves himself open, his chin is well below average and he cant handle pressure. The only thing he even has vs mayweather is handspeed. Theres way too many gaps for floyd to exploit.

Oh yea and Khans control of distance with his jab and high rate offense would obviously be a threat Floyd wouldn't ever indulge. Just like he proved by fighting Berto instead
