Oscar fought a lot of juiced up guys. Vargas, mosely, very possibly more than likely Pacquiao and now in light of the IV scandal possibly Floyd. Oscar was so good these guys needed unnatural help to try and win.
Plus his loss vs Tito is highly highly controversial.
