Who was the most impressive against Andre Berto?

Yeah the guy who landed 57 % of his punches and only took 17% of his opponents punches was the least impressive? That makes sense.
And what you just described was EXACTLY what Vladimir Klitsckho did to Povetkin. Where is your insecure Klitsckho hate thread?Comment

Impressive for fighting like a coward?
I've said many times that Klitschko was disgraceful against Povetkin.
Because he held a lot like Floyd, and used other illegal tactics like Floyd. Klitschko threw Povetkin to the canvas, Floyd uses elbows and other dirty tricks.Comment

cuz Berto was ACTUALLY injured in this fight and fought with 1 hand against an offensive young fighter, Floyd messed up his hands in the 9th and he's a 38 year old defensive fighter fighting Berto who was healthy and was fighting the biggest fight of his life.
It's very simple!Comment

Surely it depends what you mean by impressive. If you take your bias away, which will be very hard for you I know, then the most impressive, dominant boxing performance was clearly Floyd's.
You can't even argue it. He basically dominated every single minute of every single round. No one else has done that. Statistically and factually, that is the most impressive performance. Bret wasn't injured like he was against Karass. It wasn't a very close fight and Floyd wasn't knocked down twice like Ortiz and it wasn't a war of attrition like Guerrero. He won the fight easier, clearer and in a significantly more dominant fashion that any other opponent.
If you'd said which was the best win in terms of timing and excitement, then you could argue other people, like Ortiz when Berto was unbeaten, or Karass for stopping Berto.
However, in each of those, which you'd never take into account because they're not Floyd and you just want people to not choose Floyd, the Ortiz fight was very close and an absolute war with both getting knocked down, while the Karass fight was Berto winning easily until he was badly injured and struggled to win with the injury. That's not as impressive in a purely boxing related performance.
However, all you are wanting is for people to not say Floyd so you can feel good. Why don't you just be honest and come out and say 'I hate Floyd. Who agrees that his performance was **** and other people beating Berto was better to watch because I hate the black man Floyd Mayweather?' Why go through this dishonest, roundabout thing when you are simply looking for an indirect, backward way for people to knock Floyd so it can make you feel better about whatever weird agenda you have?
It seems like a lot of effort for something that is 1) wrong, because if you are wanting to know which opponent had the most clear, unquestionable win against Berto it's without any doubt Floyd...but that's not what you want to see written so 2) why don't you just write an honest thread about your hate and ask people to agree with your hate and to join in a big Floyd hate orgy? It's more honest at least.Last edited by BennyST; 09-13-2015, 05:57 AM.Comment
