You're spinning your wheels. Floyd & USADA only gain from taking legal action (even if it gets thrown out) because they will gain publicity for their cause and some of the viewing public will side with them. Not suing because of "attorney fees" is a poor excuse. It's as if you are implying that Floyd and USADA are too noble to sue the "little man". If Hauser and SB Nation are 100% wrong and committing libel, they're supposed to fight.

The only group that is benefiting from this Floyd controversy are the journalists and sports media outlets covering Mayweather-Berto. They now have real questions to ask Floyd. As far as more people buying the PPV, Floyd would've gotten more buys if he got arrested for domestic violence again. A PED controversy isn't a selling point, not even with already cynical consumers.

What Mayweather tried was in early march an attempt to put in the contract a retroactive TUE in the event of a positive test(which would remain only between the fighter and USADA). What ended up in the contract was allowing USADA to grant a TUE, effectively bypassing the NSAC and allowing what actually happened, to happen.

I assume it's why despite the rage of the NSAC and this being one of 3 major *** ups from USADA, that the NSAC have just stood by as it happened.

Ofcourse what they say about following the NSAC's rules in the latest article on boxingscene, the NSAC themselves strongly disagree, but we already know this. USADA are just cherrypicking when to follow certain rules.

USADA not communicating with NSAC is the problem. Mayweather did what Pacquiao did and got permission from USADA but not NSAC. Only Pacquiao lied on the forms.

Not to mention the toradol shot pacquiao requested is legal under usada guidelines. Their excuse was the request was not filed within sufficient time...but mayweather gets a retroactive exemption (meaning after the event has already taken place) for the****utic use. How is this getting lost on people?

You sure about that? From what I've read only one of the drugs Pacquiao requested was prohibited and it wasn't Toradol. He apparently was not required a TUE(initially thought he got a TUE, but supposedly not required?) since the banned drug was only banned during competition and he wouldn't be using it at the time of competition.

So if you could clear that up for me.
