A lot of people knew Mayweather was cheating. He was given an exemption 3 other times for failing drug tests by USADA, and his head grew after his mid 20's. Look at the size of his head now and compare to its size earlier in his career. He uses 2 to 3 notches to secure hats on his head now. BTW, Mayweather doesn't just use iv's to mask peds, he also uses Adderall to help him focus for his fights. If I remember correctly, he was caught using this when he played run and hold with Canelo. Anyways, Floyd's a cheater. Suspend the guy and fine him for cheating people out of their hard ******** money.

... the problem with most of the people is that they don't realize when they're dumb or even dumber than others...

Financial gain would not be the prime reason to sue Hauser and SB Nation. It wasn't the reason Pacquiao sued Floyd for defamation and he still won via settlement. So it proves litigation is worth it. Floyd and USADA would sue for libel and fight the claims in the article. Weak PR statements aren't enough.

Mayweather-Berto gets a boost in publicity, of course. But it's highly doubtful, that the average sports fan that wasn't planning on buying the PPV in the first place, will now decide to buy it after reading that Floyd is or could be a "cheater". But, who knows? Consumers are strange.

Financial gain was part of the reason Pacquiao sued Mayweather. If Mayweather didn't have heavy finances, Team Pacquiao wouldn't have filed a lawsuit. What is the point of suing someone who has little to no funds? Just a waste of money. If Floyd wins the lawsuit, will Hauser be able to pay his very expensive attorney bills? Hell no! The award will be LOW. It's part of the reason why many freelance writers are reckless. They have little to nothing to lose financially.

SB Nation... its parent company has some money. But it's not really worth it. Again, litigation is expensive and time consuming. Team Pacquaio didn't score a settlement until 3 years or so after the fact. Think about all the money both sides were spending on attorney fees. And at the end of the day, what did it do? Did it clear the allegations against Pacquiao? No. In fact, a few people from the Mayweather camp, like Mayweather Sr. and Roger, still have said after the settlement they feel Pacquiao was on PEDs!

With Mayweather vs. Berto, you have to understand that MANY people had no idea he had a fight coming up. Bar owners that had no idea, may now consider purchasing the PPV event. And that's just the beginning.
