Also, all of the things Pacquiao took are OK as per WADA. IV saline is not. Nice try

EDIT: Also, he didn't take Toradol because USADA told him to phuck off with his non-prohibited drugs.
Celestone is actually a banned substance FYI.

Pacquiao was taking Celestone which is a brand name for Betamethasone, it's on the form.

Betamethasone (Celestone) is a Glucocorticoid, all Glucocorticoids are banned by WADA.

As far as i know NSAC has no limit on the amount of saline, WADA does. Boxers follow NSAC rules not WADAs.
But Usada follows Wadas protocol, and they know in those quan****** its an effective masking agent (see Lances guide to passing a drug test) hence banned and needing prior TUE and a medical emergency. But don't sweat it, its clear you also believe the guy is lowly cheat and are trying to get him offon a technicality. You'll have to give it a much better try

All glucocorticoids are prohibited when administered by oral, intravenous, intramuscular or rectal routes.
He did not take it by either of these means. It is OK to take Celestone if it is not via oral, IV, intramuscular or rectal administration. (He used a cream)

              Wrong again slick...

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List outlines the banned substances and methods that are prohibited in sport.

Topical use of glucocorticoids (e.g., anti-rash cream, hemorrhoidal creams used on the surface, etc.) are permitted.

He used it for a skin rash. Besides which...this isn't about Manny...it's about Floyd so don't try to deflect.

The only real problem is that he was administered an IV at home, and the NSAC was upset with the lack of communication. Again, if he filed for a TUE to have it at home, the NSAC would have denied it (Bennett himself said that he couldn't even remember filing an exemption for an IV drip). Floyd would have then went to the hospital and got it anyway (I mean hell, he has USADA in his pocket apparently, so the jackass must know a doctor or two). This is such a non-issue it hurts.
I know it hurts when it sinks in your favorite fighter is a cheat. I think most top guys are including Pac, but it must be extra humiliating when your guy is boxing's premier PED crusader, kinda like catchweights x10
