I think the issue with that is IV use is not banned by the NSAC, only by USADA.

USADA (for whatever reason) granted Floyd a retroactive exemption for IV use.

So I really don't see any official recourse for Pac.

When it comes to TUE, we are the sole agency that approves the administering of TUEs. USADA, nor any other anti-doping agency that does drug testing, doesn't have the authority to adminster a TUE.

"The bottom line is USADA didn't keep us informed, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional."
These guys are dumb or they are playing dumb...

What was the body undertook the random testing for the fight? USADA, right?
And USADA acted illegally according to it's own rules (adopted from WADA)...

Floyd AND USADA are equally responsible for illegal conduct in this case.

... All Floyd's blood samples from the past must be retested asap...

The award will be LOW. It's part of the reason why many freelance writers are reckless. They have little to nothing to lose financially.

SB Nation... its parent company has some money. But it's not really worth it. Again, litigation is expensive and time consuming. Team Pacquaio didn't score a settlement until 3 years or so after the fact. Think about all the money both sides were spending on attorney fees. And at the end of the day, what did it do? Did it clear the allegations against Pacquiao? No. In fact, a few people from the Mayweather camp, like Mayweather Sr. and Roger, still have said after the settlement they feel Pacquiao was on PEDs!

With Mayweather vs. Berto, you have to understand that MANY people had no idea he had a fight coming up. Bar owners that had no idea, may now consider purchasing the PPV event. And that's just the beginning.
This is some fine spin, Sir. It's complete rubbish, but I applaud it.

Divine Hammer posted that he called the FBI. I'm sure that's all there is to that story.

                  • I don't know if this was posted already, but it says pretty much everything needed to clear this up, at least in my opinion.

The NSAC doesn't prohibit IV use, and Floyd applied for a TUE to stay in compliance with the WADA code, even though he didn't have to (since the NSAC is the governing body). He also notified USADA before having the IV, and was granted the TUE retroactively. Don't see what else there is to talk about.

Flowtards have admitted Floyd cheated just that Floyd knows how to find those loopholes lol

This is a good example of a flowtard in a nutshell. They will be by floyd's side wether he cheats or not. Salute to all flowmo nation for being loyal fans.
